What is the deposit amount?

The deposit is equal to one month's rent for your chosen room type. It is fully refundable at the time of vacating, provided all rules and notice period conditions are met.
Are electricity and gas bills included in rent?

No, electricity and gas bills are not included in the rent. They are calculated monthly and divided equally among the roommates sharing the flat. This ensures fair billing for everyone.
